Seneca Elementary has a Full Time Nurse that is available to all Students and Staff. If you have any health related questions, please contact Ms.Horan at

These precautions are necessary to protect other students and staff as well as help your child return to school as soon as they are not contagious. Doctor notes can be sent to school and a parent note is required for every day that a child is absent. If you are ever unsure whether to send your child to school, please contact the nurse.
Emergency Contacts
It is vital that current phone numbers be on file for the nurse and the front office. Please call the school to update your contact information anytime a change is made.
Health Records
Please notify the nurse of new or changed medications, new diagnoses, surgeries, hearing or vision updates, etc.
Change of Clothing
Some extra clothing is kept in the Nurse's Office in case of accidents. However, all parents are encouraged to send a change of clothes to be kept in their child's locker.
